1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bricks To Home Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. The Services

Our group operates through four main subsidiaries: Bricks To Home Realty & Construction Ltd, Square Meter Trust, BTH Fleets, and Nexus Savers. Each subsidiary may be subject to additional service-specific terms provided at the time of engagement.

3. Professional Advice

While we provide asset development and investment platform services, Bricks To Home Group does not provide legal, tax, or regulated financial advice. Clients should consult with qualified professionals for specific legal or financial matters.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for consultations and services are clearly stated on our booking platform or provided via formal invoice. Payments must be made in full through our secure payment partners (Stripe) or via approved bank transfer before services are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, platform designs, and materials provided by us remain the exclusive property of Bricks To Home Group. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials provided specifically for your engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bricks To Home Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or reliance on any information provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, with the primary place of business located in Abuja, FCT.
